Stephen T. Russell, Ph.D., is a Distinguished Visiting Professor of Human Sexuality Studies at San Francisco State University and Associate Specialist in Cooperative Extension and Director, 4-H Center for Youth Development in the Department of Human and Community Development at the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of California, Davis.

Update:  In 2007 Dr. Russell became the Fitch Nesbitt Endowed Chair in Family and Consumer Sciences and Director of the Frances McClelland Institute for Children, Youth and Families at the University of Arizona.
